As part of our Acute Aged Care team, you’ll contribute to meaningful outcomes for older patients while advancing your own clinical practice in a values driven setting.
- Deliver safe, high quality, evidence based nursing care to older people in an acute setting
- Partner with patients, families, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to achieve individualised care goals
- Use clinical judgement and cultural awareness to assess, plan, and evaluate care
- Grow professionally through reflective practice, development opportunities, and clinical accountability
- Support, coach, and mentor colleagues and students in a collaborative team environment

Selection Criteria
To help us assess your suitability for the role, please tell us as much as you can about yourself in response to the questions below.
- Current Authority to Practice as a Registered Nurse with Australian Health Practitioners Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
- Please detail your recent experience as a Registered Nurse in a Hospital setting or other appropriate experience relevant to the position being advertised.
- Please provide an example of when you have provided safe, compassionate and quality care that is culturally responsive in line with NSW Health CORE Values.
Please describe a time when you worked closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve a positive patient outcome.
