About the Opportunity

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of Aboriginal children and families across the Central Coast. As an Administration Officer, you will provide administrative and customer service support across the Ngaliya Ngara Aboriginal Family Service and Ngiyang Pregnancy, Child and Family Service, contributing to the effective delivery of culturally safe and responsive services. Your role will be integral to supporting service operations and enhancing access to care for Aboriginal children, families and communities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the service.

  • Deliver high-quality customer service and respond to enquiries in a professional, confidential and culturally responsive manner.

  • Coordinate office systems, procedures and records in line with organisational policies and standards.

  • Assist with data entry, report preparation and administrative documentation.

  • Apply initiative and sound judgement to support service priorities and outcomes.

  • Build positive working relationships with staff, community members and key stakeholders.
