About the Role

As a Senior Physiotherapist in the Integrated Pain Service, you'll be a key part of a dynamic, multidisciplinary team working together to deliver truly holistic, person-centred care. You’ll work closely with pain specialists, psychologists, nurses, and other allied health professionals to help patients manage their pain, regain function, and reclaim their quality of life.

You’ll apply advanced clinical reasoning and work autonomously on complex presentations, while also leading group interventions, contributing to service development, and mentoring junior staff and students.

This role is ideal if you're passionate about working beyond the biomedical model. If you believe in evidence-informed, biopsychosocial care, and want to use your clinical expertise to empower people living with pain. You’ll be supported by a collaborative team, with a strong focus on professional development, reflective practice, and continual service improvement

About You
  • Bachelors or postgraduate degree in Physiotherapy and registration as a Physiotherapy with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulatory Agency (AHPRA)  with a high level of broad generalist and/or specialist
  • Unrestricted NSW drivers licence
  • You’re confident managing complex and persistent pain presentations independently
  • You enjoy working as part of a multidisciplinary team, contributing your expertise to holistic care
  • You have experience or interest in facilitating group programs and pain management intervention
