About the Opportunity

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Support Aboriginal young people and families to access culturally safe drug and alcohol care.

• Provide flexible assessment, referral and case management within a multidisciplinary team.

• Strengthen pathways between Drug and Alcohol Services, Nunyara Aboriginal Health Unit, and Aboriginal Community NGOs.

• Contribute to health education, health promotion and quality improvement initiatives.

• Apply holistic knowledge of Aboriginal community needs to improve health outcomes.
