Temporary, part time (20hrs a week) Admin Officer level 3 for the Child Protection Unit at Sydney Children's Hospital Randwick. Great opportunity to work with a great team, great team culture. The work at Child Protection can be challenging and complex but also very rewarding. we are looking for an Admin Officer who can use IPM,EMR and Health Roster to support our team as well as work alongside our other Amin Officer who works full time.
What you'll be doing
- Extensive experience working as a level 3 Admin assistant within Health or similar providing an effective secretarial service for a busy department
- Ability to use IT systems including iPM, eMR, outlook, word and excel
- Well-developed organisational skills required to set priorities and monitor workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and other work skills required for a range of operational administrative tasks
- Proven ability to exercise initiative in decision making in day to day operational matters and applying established work practices
- Ability to perform work under broad supervision with some independence
- Capacity to supervise or train other clerical staff
