- Extensive experience in project management in a diverse service industry organisation, including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes broad knowledge and practical experience in working with clinicians, and within policies and system frameworks relevant to surgery and anaesthesia.
- Highly developed ability to work within and support multidisciplinary teams together with a proven capacity to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
- Demonstrated experience to lead with attention to detail all phases of project management from design to implementation and evaluation.
- High level system wide knowledge of contemporary issues, challenges and directions of the NSW health system to improve health outcomes.
