- Extensive and recent experience managing Intensive Care Services.
- Extensive experience in project management in a diverse service industry organisation including relevant qualifications or equivalent. This includes broad knowledge and practical experience in working with clinicians, and within policies and system frameworks relevant to PRISM.
- Highly developed ability to work within and support multidisciplinary teams together with a proven capacity to communicate and negotiate change and improvement initiatives with senior clinicians and executives.
- High level system wide knowledge of contemporary issues, challenges and directions of the NSW health system to improve health outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to interpret complex information rapidly and accurately as well as an advanced understanding of data quality and the ability to use data in problem resolution.
