We are looking for someone who can: 

  • Manage projects to develop and deliver the procedural and partnership strategies for the Graduate Certificate (Clinical Redesign) course as an integrated program, ensuring high levels of work performance and completion of projects within agreed timeframes, quality standards and budget.
  • Manage all partnership procedures including enrolments, course progression, assignment submission and graduation, ensuring a customer centred approach and timely action to enable successful completion of the course within allocated timeframe.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the course and assessment in collaboration with the course manager.

What you will be doing  

The Course Partnership Coordinator will work in partnership with ACI and University of Tasmania to manage the procedural and reporting aspects of the Graduate Certificate (Clinical Redesign) offered to NSW Health staff across the State. This role will also support the coordination of research and other partnership activities. The program is delivered in partnership between the Clinical Innovation, Redesign and Consumer Engagement team ACI and the University of Tasmania (UTAS), thus this role contributes to strategic change management programs and initiatives that will improve the level and quality health services delivery in Local Health Districts (LHD) and Hospitals  across NSW.

The Course Partnership Coordinator works across the university, ACI, NSW Health students and Redesign Leads to maximise the customer experience for participants through application, enrolment, ethics applications, assignment submission and graduation processes. They also work with the course manager in driving the ongoing development of this strategic partnership including progressing research, showcases and publication outcomes. The role contributes to the development of course curriculum and delivery. 

The role will work collaboratively with ACI Clinical Networks, LHD managers and clinicians and other key stakeholders to facilitate the contribution of key internal and external stakeholders   in the innovation of new programs, frameworks and Models of care across the state.

Position Classification: Health Manager Level 2
Remuneration: $109,857.00 – $129,624.00 per annum excluding Superannuation  
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria / Questions  

1.     Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline and/or demonstrated relevant industry experience in managing training and capability programs.

2.     Demonstrated ability to work in partnership with academic and training institutions.

3.     Demonstrated experience in designing, delivering and assessing training and capability curriculum. 

4.     Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and demonstrated experience in managing learners.
