Clinical Guidance Manager

We are looking for someone who can:
- Lead a strategic approach to clinical guidance development and maintenance, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design impactful products that are agile, responsive to evidence and aligned with the needs of patients, clinicians, and the boarder system.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a coordinated approach to clinical guidance across NSW Health and Jurisdictions, including managing key stakeholder committees and groups.
- Provide guidance and implementing processes that support a programmatic approach to clinical guidance, including the assessment of adopt, adapt, collaborate, or lead, and the inclusion of priority populations and settings in clinical guidance development.

What you will be doing
The Manager, Clinical Guidance will partner with the Agency for Clinical Innovation's (ACI) networks and stakeholders to lead the coordination and prioritisation of both new and updated clinical guidance. This position is responsible for developing frameworks for prioritisation and disinvestment, with the goal of reducing the organisation's clinical guidance maintenance burden and supporting clinical networks in taking a strategic approach to guidance development.

Position Classification: Health Manager Level 4
Remuneration: $141,974.00 - $169,151.00 per annum excluding Superannuation
Hours Per Week: 40 (38 standard + 2hrs toward ADO)

Selection Criteria
- Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline such as health, public health, social science.
- Demonstrated experience working with multiple stakeholders to deliver complex change initiatives.
- Extensive experience in clinical guidance development, evaluation, and implementation at a district or state level, including the use of frameworks and methodologies.
- Strong skills in governance oversight, reporting to executive and leadership teams, and managing risks, issues, and dependencies related to performance.
