To provide efficient, safe health care to patients with a range of Oncology conditions, under the supervision of senior medical practitioners, in a complex clinical environment.
An applicant can expect to gain experience in Oncology with a good case mix of patients, in both inpatient and outpatient settings.

- 1. Qualifications and experience commensurate with the Essential Requirements for the role
- 2. Adept ability to work collaboratively within multi-disciplinary teams, including the sharing of appropriate information internally and externally with key persons or services
- 3. Adept ability to work independently within a supervised complex clinical environment utilising excellent clinical skills, judgment and expertise.
- 4. Adept verbal, written and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to vary communication style in line with the understanding of the needs of diverse audiences
- 5. Adept ability to prioritise workloads and display a flexible approach to meet changing situations in a demanding and unpredictable clinical environment
- 6. Commitment to participating in training and development opportunities to further develop skills and knowledge in the area of intensive care medicine
- 7. Demonstrated commitment to quality improvement, patient safety and risk management.
