About the Opportunity
As the Administration Support Officer of the Cyber Security Uplift at eHealth NSW, you will help make a real difference in healthcare through delivering a comprehensive range of high level administrative and coordination support services across multiple initiatives, including projects and operational activities within a complex IT environment.

This role offers the opportunity to work closely with cyber security professionals, project teams, and stakeholders across NSW Health.

In this role, you will:

  • Maintain accurate and up to date cyber security program records, including filing systems (electronic and hard copy), registers, logs and documentation.
  • Prepare and manage business correspondence and records using electronic systems, including meeting minutes and action tracking, ensuring compliance with NSW Health policies and procedures.
  • Deliver professional project communication and high level administrative support to the Cyber Security team, including scheduling and organising meetings, coordinating logistical requirements and supporting project activities.
  • Support the Cyber Uplift SharePoint Sites with content support and development.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support cyber security delivery, follow up actions and information requests, and promptly identify and escalate delivery issues as required.

About You

  • Sound understanding of project management methods, tools and processes, particularly within technical or ICT project delivery environments.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to support program and project financial management, including budget tracking, variance analysis, purchase orders, goods receipting, invoicing, and End of Month and End of Financial Year processes.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and SharePoint to prepare documentation, manage records and support collaboration.
  • Proven ability to engage effectively with a broad range of stakeholders, from frontline staff to senior leaders, and work collaboratively within a team to achieve shared outcomes.
